Shine Therapy Care Assistant

Shine Child Development Costa del Sol is seeking a candidate, with a passion towards supporting special-needs children, to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary development team.
​
Shine Therapy Care is a specialized program designed to support children’s individual needs within a social setting. You will be paired with one individual child, alongside another Therapy Care Assistant and child, creating a safe and interactive environment for growth and development. You will follow a specific therapeutic curriculum involving group work, individual therapeutic time conducting specialized client-centred therapy programs, enjoy outdoor adventures to the park and beach and come together for snack time.

A Shine Therapy Care Assistant requires enthusiasm, ability to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills when working with children, families and colleagues and a willingness to learn and evolve.
Shine Learning Mentor

Shine Child Development Costa del Sol is seeking a candidate, with a passion towards supporting special-needs children and young people, to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary development team.
​
A Shine Learning Mentor role involves working directly with a student who requires additional one to one support within the school environment. Under the supervision, mentorship and guidance of the students’ Shine Clinical Therapy team, a Learning Mentor will implement therapeutic strategies and programs into the students’ everyday to support development. The Learning Mentor will also work closely with the teaching team to scaffold curriculum goals for students’ learning success.
